I am an African American woman and a first time author. I have written a Women’s Fiction novel about Black and mixed race fun, unusual and interesting characters that have great experiences as well as mystery and secrets. . I would like to send my queries and submissions to some Black literary Agents but I have not found any. Can you direct me to agencies that have Literary Agents who may be interested in experiences in Black culture? Thank you.

A Book company is publishing my book now. Since 2021 a children book it’s now 2023 ! How long does it takes to publish a 40 page book!?

      Hi Janice,

It varies, usually 6 months to 24 months. A big range, I know, but that’s how it goes. If it’s a levitate non-fee-charging publisher, it’s worth the wait!
