I self-published an expose on the NYC school system on Kindle back in 2015 because the few agents I had access to at the time never resounded. It did not sell well–I think 25 or 28 copies.
Since I have now revamped most of the same novel–including updating it, changing the title and using my real name–will an agent accept it this time around, and would a traditional publisher consider it?

Unique question = my first book of a trilogy is done. About 96,000 words. Submitted to a great many and the only ones very glad to publish are those who are vanity publishers and they want a great many thousands I do not have. My book is hard right, conservative to say the least and a modern-day military/political thriller. Are you willing to take a look at it?
