Good day,
I’m having a problem finding a agent, who’s not afraid to agent a non-traditional spirituality book. OH yes they say that in their profile but it’s dogma.
I guest some people don’t want to be opened minded.
Thank you for your time.
Hi Ken,
It’s definitely not (usually) easy, but it will be worth it if you find the right one, so don’t give up too soon. You only need one agent to get on board.
Use everything on my websites, as that can help.
And…

Hello Mark, when using the Directory of Literary Agents, all my queries returned “no results”. For instance, when I chose “All agents open to queries” and then typed ‘Historical Fiction’ in the search field, I got the same results.
Hi Lubbert,
Clear the search, then use the same dropdown menu where you selected “All agents” and choose “Historical” under fiction instead.
🙂

Hello, I have a self-published book Noetic Marj Odyssey with good reviews and a popular book trailer videohttps://youtu.be/HQ3Xfg80Upw But marketing is still hard for me. I’ve always felt the book would do better with Scholastic or Harper Collins. Is it too late to get a literary agent to pitch it to them?
Regards,
Hi Inga,
Yes, you can still get an agent, despite having already published.
It can be harder, but it’s doable.
