I’m writing a novel about a boy in his mid-teens who learns how to keep a ferret as a pet and how to train it. He also has problems at home and at school.
As I understand it, the genre for this type of novel is Coming of Age and/or Young Adult but I’m not exactly sure.
I would be grateful if you could confirm the genre.
