I have sent my first new novel to various publishing houses and already had some replies. What worries me, is that my second book, which is a continuation of my first, is totally different from the first part. My first novel basically works up to the second book where all the dark action is.
All I ask is, what do I do regarding my second? Do I send my ‘continuation ‘ novel to the ones I have already sent my first copy to knowing that some agencies were not interested in my first manuscript.

You can do that if the second book works as a standalone title. If you can get an agent to read it, and they like it, you can then tell them about the other book, and they might want both.

Greetings, I have written a saga fantasy fiction which spans great lengths of time
Personally, time is one thing that is short, full time job, and painting and family. Nothing wrong with that. Any suggestions on how to split books of 120,000+ words into ones that an agent might be interested in at some point?
In all, I have 1.25 million words in novels and short stories pertaining to my imagined world.
This is not something I can start revising immediately, but I need to know realistically I must do. Retirement by end of 2026.
