Hi there, I don’t think this is asked above.
I did a little querying (3) before going through this awesome site on how to do it better. I got two rejections, but one full request.
When I query more, do I say that it’s had a full manuscript request? If I get an offer of representation, but want to see if there are other options, where and how do I say that in a query letter?

Congratulations, on the request. You shouldn’t mention a request to others, only an offer. I don’t have a template or article about that online, but it’s not too complicated. Just tell them what you need to tell them, and don’t be cocky about it. You’ll be fine.
